Shipping Policy
UPS Ground is normally used for our standard shipping service.
Return Policy
Any and all claims of defective merchandise must be made with in 72 hours of receipt of merchandise within 30 days of your receipt of the DVD. Prior to returning merchandise, please contact customer service to receive a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on printing a prepaid shipping label by e-mailing your request to: info@sjplfilms.com. Upon verification of the claimed defect, we will ship you a new, unopened copy of the Pitch People DVD, shipping paid.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Once your information reaches us, we store it behind a secure firewall that blocks access from outside our server.
